South Jersey Classics is excited to present this 1972 Chevrolet Custom C-20 pickup 4x4. In 2018 Chevrolet celebrated 100 years of truck manufacturing. The first truck came off the assembly line in 1918 to compete with the Model T. Americans early on realized the automobile had a greater use as a workhorse than a mode of transportation. Changing forever how even the smallest tasks were made easier with a truck. Our 1972 Chevrolet 4x4 C-20 pickup is a beautiful example of how the pickup has evolved up to this point. Trucks were now becoming more stylish and upscale, leaving the utilitarian look behind. This 1972 c20 is great example. Upgraded base-clear blue exterior, chrome galore and refinished stock interior took the pickup to a new level. This truck is painted in an eyepopping light blue paint scheme. The interior is black and highlighted with a black bench seat. Embossed door panels and upgraded speaker headliner add a warm touch to what used to be a cold stark interior of the past. The exterior is stunning with additions including chrome wheels mounted on raised white letter 35inch tires. A wood bed adds a nice finishing touch to this gorgeous truck. Under the hood is a 350 V-8 attached to a 400-automatic transmission. Other options include an AM/Fm radio, power steering, power brakes, and exterior cab lights. This 1972 Chevrolet C-20 will not disappoint. One can only describe this pickup "eye candy" on steroids. The previous owner purchased the truck in 1985 and completed a frame off restoration in 2014. The front two rims are showing some signs of pitting and the tires have some wear and dry rot. Check out the photos!
